1 lb. bacon (about 16 slices)
1 cup sugar free maple syrup, such as DaVinci’s Pancake Syrup, at 0 net carbs
1 cup pecan pieces
Line baking sheet with foil. Place bacon on sheet in single layer. Place in oven and turn oven onto 400 degrees, DO NOT preheat. Cook bacon 15 minutes until cooked through but not crisp. Remove from oven, and place bacon on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Drain off excess grease from pan and clean with paper towels. Place bacon back on sheet, brush the tops of each with syrup and sprinkle with nuts. Place back in oven for 5 minutes or until crispy.
