Great for so many dishes, on chicken, vegetables, etc.
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
xanthan gum (if necessary)
In a small sauce pan, heat chicken stock over high heat until reduced by half, add whipping cream and cook until thickened, use xanthan gum if necessary (read glossary for how to use xanthan gum).
Yields 4 Servings
